Welcome to Grow
I am delighted to welcome you to the Grow 19 website. We are a small College for learners aged 18-25 with SEND.
At Grow 19 we are committed to empowering our learners develop the skills and confidence to become as independent as possible and achieve across all aspects of their life.
We set high expectations; learners must be willing to work hard and are encouraged to take pride in what they achieve. We have developed an exciting and inclusive curriculum to meet the diverse needs of all our learners. We have developed outstanding relationships with employers and organisations within local communities across the Maidstone and Malling area and work together to provide opportunities for learning and work experience.
College life is different from School, it is an adult environment with a positive learning culture. We offer individual coaching and mentoring to support our learners throughout their time at Grow 19 and when the time is right also support their transition into either employment, supported employment, volunteering or social care.

Branch 16
Branch 16 is a brand‑new 16-18 college opening this September, and we can't wait to welcome our first learners. Based in the heart of Maidstone, we offer a small, personal SEN setting where every learner is known, supported and encouraged.
If you're interested in construction, hair and beauty, or health and social care - and you're ready for a fresh challenge - Branch 16 could be the perfect place for you.
Alongside our vocational pathways, students will build essential digital and employability skills, gain hands‑on work experience through supported placements with our partner employers, and enjoy access to health and fitness opportunities. We're excited to grow a community where young people can thrive, feel confident, and take their next steps into the world with pride.
